Nancy K. Williams, President
As president of Seven Sisters, Inc., Nancy's responsibilities include project management and supervision, purchasing, scheduling and estimating. She has worked in the electrical industry since 1973, when she began as a dispatcher/equipment manager at Snelson Companies, Inc. in Sedro-Woolley.

Nancy attended Skagit Valley College and has taken classes in project scheduling and computer estimating and has participated in many electrical training programs and seminars. Her experience and education have enabled her to help Seven Sisters, Inc. grow by 800% since the company's beginning in 1980.

Nancy belongs to the following organizations: IBEW/NECA's Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and the National Electrical Contractors Association. She formerly served on the board of the Small Business Improvement Council to the Governor and the Economic Development Association of Skagit County.

Christine M. Thompson, Vice President
Since 1981, Christine Thompson has served as vice president and a shareholder of Seven Sisters, Inc., where she oversees financial accounting and budgeting, personnel practices and policies, acquisitions and continuance of insurance, bonding and banking services and short and long-term strategic and succession planning.

Christine is a graduate of Western Washington University, where she holds a B.S. in Business Management. She serves on the Construction Financial Management Association, the National Electrical Contractors Association, the Association of Washington Business and the Local IBEW 191 Money Purchases and Health and Welfare Committee where she is a trustee.

Robert C. Stuart, Estimator/Electrician/Project Manager
Bob oversees a variety of responsibilities at Seven Sisters; they include estimating, supervising field foremen, project managing, purchasing, scheduling and inventory management. He also has field experience in high voltage splicing and installation and troubleshooting of control systems such as programmable controllers and industrial and process computer systems.

Before joining Seven Sisters, Inc. in 1984, Bob worked as a journeyman/foreman for Lakeway Electric in Bellingham from 1977 to 1984, and prior to that, he served as an apprentice for Whidbey Electric in Oak Harbor from 1973 to 1977.

In 1977, Bob graduated from the IBEW Indentured Apprenticeship Program. He has also attended various electrical trade training programs and seminars.
